Day 1: Arrival in Windhoek

• Welcome at Hosea Kutako International Airport.
• Transfer to your accommodation in Windhoek.
• City tour: Visit Christuskirche, Independence Memorial Museum, and Katutura Township.
• Welcome dinner with an introduction to Namibian culture.

Day 2: Windhoek to Sossusvlei

• Early morning departure to the Namib Desert.
• Drive through the scenic Spreetshoogte Pass.
• Arrival at Sesriem and check-in at the lodge.
• Sunset visit to Elim Dune.

Day 3: Sossusvlei & Deadvlei

• Sunrise at Dune 45 – perfect for stunning photographs.
• Explore the surreal landscapes of Deadvlei and Sossusvlei.
• Visit Sesriem Canyon.
• Afternoon at leisure or optional scenic flight over the dunes.

Day 4: Sossusvlei to Swakopmund

• Arrival in Swakopmund and city exploration.

Day 5: Swakopmund Adventure

• Free day for adventure activities.
• Options include: dolphin cruise, kayaking, or desert tour to see the “Little Five.”
• Visit to the local craft market and historical sites.

Day 6: Swakopmund to Damaraland

• Drive along the Skeleton Coast.
• Stop at the Cape Cross Seal Colony.
• Explore the Twyfelfontein rock engravings (UNESCO site).
• Visit the Petrified Forest and the famous Welwitschia plant.

Day 7: Damaraland to Etosha National Park

• Early morning drive towards Etosha.
• Game drive upon arrival, spotting elephants, lions, and rhinos.
• Sunset game viewing at Okaukuejo waterhole.

Day 8: Full-Day Safari in Etosha

• Morning and afternoon game drives.
• Visit several waterholes and the Etosha Pan.
• Spot giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, and more.

Day 9: Etosha to Okonjima (Home of the AfriCat Foundation)

• Drive to Okonjima, a private nature reserve.

Day 10: Return to Windhoek & Departure

Safari Pre-Booking Deposit Payment and Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit Payment

To secure your safari booking, we require a deposit as follows:

• 30% deposit of the total tour cost upon confirmation of the booking.
• The remaining 70% balance is due [X] days before departure.
• For last-minute bookings made within [X] days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your safari booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 90 days before departure – Full refund minus a 10% admin fee.
• 60 to 89 days before departure – 30% of the total safari cost is non-refundable.
• 30 to 59 days before departure – 50% of the total safari cost is non-refundable.
• Less than 30 days before departure – No refund (100% cancellation fee applies).

4. No-Show & Early Departure

• If a guest does not arrive for their scheduled safari (no-show), 100% of the total booking cost is forfeited.
• No refunds are given for early departures or unused services.

5. Changes & Rescheduling

• Changes to booking dates are allowed up to 60 days before departure, subject to availability and possible rate adjustments.
• If changes are requested within 30 days of departure, cancellation fees may apply.

6. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.
